Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)


1. Registration and Payment

1.1 To book a program (Conversation Course, Cultural Immersion, Combined Immersion, Family Immersion, DELF/DALF Immersion, Online Immersion), students must make the full payment or a deposit according to the following terms:

Family Immersion:

  • 50% deposit to confirm the booking.
  • The balance is due no later than 4 days before the start of the immersion (the payment must be credited to the school's account by this date).

Other programs: full payment required before the start of the course.

1.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer or check. Bank details will be provided on the invoice.

1.3 Any bank fees or transfer charges are the responsibility of the student.

2. Cancellation by the School

2.1 The school reserves the right to cancel a course or immersion in case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., teacher illness, logistical issues).

2.2 In case of cancellation by the school, students will have the option of:

  • A full refund of the paid fees,
  • Rescheduling the program to a later suitable date.

3. Cancellation by the Student

3.1 Family Immersion

3.1.1 Refunds depend on the cancellation date:

  • More than 30 days before the start date: full refund, minus €90 administrative fee.
  • Between 15 and 30 days before the start date: 70% refund.
  • Between 4 and 14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 4 days before the start date: no refund will be issued.

3.1.2 If an alternative solution (new booking) covers the incurred costs, part of the non-refundable fees may be deducted as an exception.

3.2 Other Programs (Conversation Course, Cultural Immersion, Combined Immersion, DELF/DALF Immersion, Online Immersion)

3.2.1 Students can cancel or reschedule a course by notifying at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If this condition is not met, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

4. Insurance

4.1 Family Immersion
Insurance is mandatory for any family immersion. This insurance must cover:

  • Accidents,
  • Medical expenses,
  • Damage to property or third parties,
  • Cancellations or interruptions of stay.

The student must provide proof of valid insurance before the start of the immersion.

4.2 Other Programs
Although not mandatory, it is strongly recommended to take out insurance covering accidents, theft, and illness.

4.3 Student Responsibility
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that their insurance policy provides adequate coverage for the type of program chosen. The school cannot be held responsible for any damages not covered by the student's insurance.

5. Program Modifications

5.1 The school reserves the right to make modifications to the program (schedule, locations, content) for organizational reasons. Students will be informed as soon as possible.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 The school is committed to providing high-quality courses and immersions, in accordance with the program descriptions.

6.2 In the case of inappropriate behavior (disrespect, theft, drunkenness, drug use, etc.), the school reserves the right to exclude the student without refund.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the student/client acknowledges having read and accepted the above terms and conditions.
